Research has shown that the biological effects of low level light therapy is related to the wavelength and energy density of the light being produced and not whether it is being lased or non-lased. The Equi-Light system produces a non-lased light in the infrared spectrum. Equi-Light has arranged these infrared producing diodes in a overlapping pattern so that the area being treated is completely immersed in infrared irradiation. Because recent research has shown that for maximum absorption of infrared irradiation, the delivery system should be in direct contact with and perpendicular to the area being treated, Equi-Light has arranged its overlapping diodes into a FLEXIBLE PAD. This allows the Equi-Light pads to be in direct contact with any type of surface desired to be treated. By combining four of our sixty diode pads, the Equi-Light is able to treat a large area with an overlapping irradiance that completely immerses the area to be treated with infrared irradiation.

When Ted West claimed Budroyale for $50,000 on Feb. 18 he got a talented runner but one with a breathing problem...Budroyale was a bleeder but thanks to daily treatments with an Equi-Light machine, the gelding has turned into a graded stakes winner.
